This blog is open!
Hi everyone
I introduce myself to those who do not know me. My name is Amaia Cubo and I am a fashion designer and pattern maker specializing in kidswear.
This is the first of many post, in which I intend to announce the upload of new prints to the shop, tips and tricks to develop your collections and prints and the different techniques that I have used all these years. The content of the posts will be valuable, so if you do not want to lose anything, you can sign up for my newsletter. In addition to being the first to see the new prints and tips, you will receive a library of elements for datasheets that will be very useful. I use them everyday!
Well! I present the new JUMP stamp that I made. It is a rapport / all over vectorized of seven colors, which can be digitally printed or with screens. I wanted to get a cheerful and dynamic look representing girls jumping, inspired by Doodle Art.
JUMP PRINT
As you know, the files are available in AI and PSD with all its layers, so you can always change the color so that it fits perfectly with your collection.
Also I wanted to show you the different color options for this pattern and so I can bring you some ideas. Look at the drawings below: the pattern has a symmetry that, if you want, you can take advantage of it and place it centered on the garment.
I’ve shown you dresses because, I’m not going to cheat you, it’s where a print looks the most. But it could be used in a blouse, pants, skirts, etc …
There is also the option to vary the size and make the print larger or smaller. Being a vectorized file, it will not lose quality or pixelate.
And finally, you can isolate the elements (ties, capcakes, bears, etc …) and use them separately to make compositions to your liking.
As you can see is a versatile printing and will give your collection a very personal touch. What are you waiting for? If you like it, run to the Shop!
Greeting for everybody and see you next week!
